We are committed to providing constantly high quality products, which fully satisfy the requirements of our customers.
We firmly believe that a policy of on-going improvement to quality and customer service is vital and that every employee should contribute to this process. To achieve this, specific business related objectives have been established and communicated.
As part of our commitment to quality we:
- Will continue to ensure compliance with the quality system and the continuous improvement culture which ensures we maintain the high quality of products and services which have been achieved.
- Have gained and will continue with certification to BS EN ISO 9001 which ensures that our operational performance is monitored and subjected to both internal and independent external audits thus supporting our continuous improvement culture.
Our management controls support increased customer focus, effective leadership, increased involvement of people, documented manufacturing processes, mutually beneficial supplier relationships and a commitment to our continual improvement.
Commitment to the environment
We recognise that all industries have an impact upon the environment in which they live and work. As a professional envelope manufacturer, we are committed to ensuring that our operational processes and activities are conducted in such a manner as to reduce our affect on the environment.
Our commitment to the environment and operational processes ensures that we use responsible and sustainable procurement processes, implement waste minimisation and increased recycling initiatives, reduce the use of natural resources and have clear policies and objectives which reduce our business impacts upon the environment.
As part of our commitment and dedication to the environment, we have gained certification to a number of environmental standards. All these standards support the achievement of our environmental objectives. They ensure the involvement of people and that our processes continue to be environmental friendly. Also, they aid our legal compliance with current legislation.

Industry practice
